Important Notes:

• All hotels have a standard Check-in time of 14:00hrs and Check-out time is 12:00hrs. (Early Check in and Late Check Out is subject to availability, unless pre-paid in advance)
• Hotels might charge you a security deposit or credit card for a particular amount. This amount will not be charged to your card but will act as a guarantee to hotel for utilization of room service.
• All tours are booked on Private basis.
• Super deals reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure; excursions advertised or substitute a hotel of similar category if deemed necessary. For the convenience of our traveler, we will sometimes amend / alter the itinerary, however all services will remain the same.
• Travelers are responsible for the adherence of time at all stages of the tour. In the event that a customer misses on any part of the sightseeing tour or any such tour/ service due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim refund of the same.
• It shall be solely your responsibility / liability to hold valid and genuine travel documents and statutory clearance, to be able to travel on the tour. Your passport should be valid for six months and UAE residence visa for 1 months (depends on the destination), from the date of return of the tour and you must have current visa and travel insurance to cover your entire stay.
• Baggage Allowance: All transfers are based on the customers carrying a maximum of ONE Check in bag and ONE small handbag each. If the customer is carrying additional baggage you are requested to inform us – before booking your package for arranging additional or suitable vehicle. On tour, there will be additional charges payable on spot for arranging bigger vehicle or luggage trolley for which the payment will have to be done on spot by clients.
• We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. If you decline insurance coverage, you will personally assume full responsibility for any financial loss associated with your travel arrangements, and you could lose your travel investment and/or have to pay more money to correct the situation.
• The above is just an Itinerary and no services/seats are blocked for you.
• Prices subject to change based on availability of seats / inventory / peak dates
• Passport should have at least 2 blank pages to apply for the Visa
• Full payment at the time of booking that you pay will be non-refundable/non-
• transferable/cannot be used for any other services like tickets, domestic tours, hotel bookings etc.
• Any date change will attract change fee depends on the Airlines and Land Arrangements T&C
• Offers mentioned above is the current offer and subject to availability
• You can use multiple vouchers for the payment
• Credit note vouchers cannot be used for the FIT bookings.
• Flight & hotel are subject to change based on the group size, though the tentative details are shared at the time of booking.
• Travel Insurance is mandatory for all your travel and highly suggested to get insured at the time of booking. There is always a difference between Travel Insurance and Medical Insurance. Medical Insurance covers you only on medical situations wherein Travel Insurance covers you Medically along with Trip cancellation/curtailment, Baggage loss, Damage, Delay, Personal Liability, Hijacking, Emergency Family Travel, Legal Fees, Bail bond (under platinum policy only), Loss of Passport, Missed Departure, Credit Card Fraud, mugging etc., based on the plan that is chosen. Always choose the premium plan for better coverage. The highest category would be Platinum policy which has better benefits & coverage. Quotations are generally given with Gold/Silver insurance, you have an option of upgrade at an extra cost.
• Interconnecting /adjoining rooms / early check-in /late checkout /wheelchair / seats next to each other on flights are subject to availability & the same is not guaranteed.
