Travelers are responsible for the adherence of time at all stages of the tour. In the event that a customer misses on any part of the sightseeing tour or any such tour/ service due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim refund of the same.
It shall be solely your responsibility / liability to hold valid and genuine travel documents and statutory clearance, to be able to travel on the tour. Your passport should be valid for six months and UAE residence visa for 1 months (depends on the destination), from the date of return of the tour and you must have current visa and travel insurance to cover your entire stay.
Baggage Allowance: All transfers are based on the customers carrying a maximum of ONE Check in bag and ONE small handbag each. If the customer is carrying additional baggage you are requested to inform us – before booking your package for arranging additional or suitable vehicle. On tour, there will be additional charges payable on spot for arranging bigger vehicle or luggage trolley for which the payment will have to be done on spot by clients.
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. If you decline insurance coverage, you will personally assume full responsibility for any financial loss associated with your travel arrangements, and you could lose your travel investment and/or have to pay more money to correct the situation.
